Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free delivery on all orders above $50 anywhere in Lebanon.
For orders below $50, a small delivery fee of $5 applies.
We always work with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after your order is confirmed.
You’ll receive a message once your package is shipped and ready for delivery.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Our team prepares your package and hands it to our carrier — you’ll then be notified when it’s out for delivery.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your receipt is automatically sent to your email after checkout.
You can also view all past orders and receipts under “My Orders” in your iPhone Base account.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
If you’d like to send your order as a gift, simply add a note at checkout or contact us on WhatsApp after placing the order.
We’ll include a clean gift receipt and remove any pricing details.
How long do I have to return an order?
We offer a 7-day return policy on all unopened and unused items.
If your product is defective or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you — no extra fees.
Payment Information
How is the recipient reimbursed?
If you return an item and it’s approved, the refund will be processed in cash at the time of pickup or during the next delivery.
Our team will contact you to confirm the return and arrange the reimbursement.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Since we currently accept only Cash on Delivery, all refunds are issued in cash when the returned product is collected or exchanged.
We do not process refunds through credit or online payment at this time.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
At the moment, iPhone Base delivers only within Lebanon.
We don’t offer international shipping, but we plan to expand in the future.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, simply contact our support team through WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll schedule a pickup, and once we confirm the item’s condition, a cash refund or exchange will be arranged.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Absolutely. All our images represent real, original Apple accessories.
We only sell 100% genuine and brand-new products, exactly as shown on our website..
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we restock popular items regularly.
If a product is out of stock, you can contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available again.
